Something ordinary:
Coming home to a puppy who insists that it is suppertime RIGHT NOW. No matter how many times we tell her that she does not eat until 6PM, she continues to try to convince us that if don’t feed her RIGHT NOW she is probably going to starve. She starts this act at around 5PM every day.
Something extraordinary:
The donated building being driven through our downtown. This building will become the Salt and Pepper Shaker museum. Something on the order of 25,000 pairs (or is it 12,500 pairs?) will be on display.
Today I learned that it takes a very long time for an entire building to be moved from one place to another.

Katie looks like our Jazzy when she knows its about supper time. Yep, I can see where it would take a very lokg time to move a house or building.

If I were on a road trip and saw on the map “salt and pepper shaker museum”, I would make a detour just to go see that.
Ok, so I just further confirmed your suspicions that I am weird.

Ahh, just wait till we set the clocks back and you have to “re-train” that canine clock! We end up splitting the difference for a few days, gradually working back to the regular hour.

Parker the mutt does the same thing. She starts about an hour before her feeding time………usually I can get away with “That’s enough! Go lay down” but it doesn’t always work….she is persistant.
BTW I am with Gayle. Maris and I would have to make a detour to see the salt and pepper shaker museum……..We once waited around in a small town until the Mustard Museum opened…

LOL! When our mutt follows me around with that look I know DS hasn’t fed him today. He loves to tattle on DS. 😉
