Go get a perm?
I have nothing better to do, so I spent 2 hours in the hairdressers chair yesterday afternoon getting a perm. I love it, although, it looks (and feels) a bit like I slept on it and need to wash it. Tomorrow afternoon — have to wait until tomorrow.
I love how it turned out, and it’s going to be so much nicer looking (with hardly any effort) than the straight hair was. It’s crazy that it’s long enough to perm, though. And not poodle tight curls, either. Nice wavey bouncy curls that are just right. Awesome.
Oh! Guess who called this morning?
Yup, that would be sign company number 1.
You snooze you lose, buddy.
Gotta go, the boys have started a new club, and want to give me tour of club HQ.

I love the new hair do! It suits you perfectly! I wish my curls were nice and soft like that.

Well, look at the new do! I love it! Weird to see you with longer hair though. What kind of club did the boys start? Is it the “If we play our card right Mom will be out of the house a lot with the business and we will be home alone!” club?

Looks great Suzanne.

I haven’t had a perm in ages – this looks very cute. I think permed hair is so much easier to style too….

Are you serious??? I also went to the hairdresser yesterday, but for a cut and colour!! Did you read my diary?
I think the longer softer ‘do suits you.
I am watching with great anticipation seeing your shop come together. I am so excited for you and it is wonderful that the boys and Mark are all involved as well.

Love the perm! The only time I had mine done was back in the late 80’s and I looked like I could rent myself out as a brillo pad. I HATED it!
