And using lots of exclamation points! She must be feeling better!
The back reads “Have a suitably wonderful Christmas season!”
Thanks, Karen! It’s awesome — what a great idea!
The door on this one actually works. You’ll have to go to Deb’s blog to see what’s behind the door. Isn’t it cute?
Thanks to both for such great cards. I can’t wait to get the rest!
Thanks also go to Modern Medicine and the Almighty Amoxicillin. I’m still stuffy, but I’m so much better already. Phew. I was getting awful tired of my whining, as I’m sure you, my dear reader, were too.
Right now, I’m sitting around twiddling my thumbs waiting for my brother and his family to arrive. They were to have landed in Des Moines several hours ago, but we haven’t heard from them yet. They were going to go to Wal-Mart on the way, and it is about 1 1/2 hours from the airport to our town. I’m assuming they don’t have a cell phone and are just going to show up any minute now.
I’m not really worried (yet) — just anxious!!! Can’t wait!!!!!
I finished the teacher quilts this morning and got them washed and dried. I thought that I’d write up the instructions for them before I post, but I need to find my notes for the quantity of strips that I cut. Either that, or I’ll have to refigure the amounts. Any guesses on which I’ll have to do? If you could see my office and sewing room, I’m pretty sure you’ll guess that door number 2 is probably what’ll end up happening….
Hope you are having a great Tuesday!
Suzanne
