Fabric! And a finish (almost…)

just home from quilt shop.  fabric for cousin's wedding quilt -- wedding is in October the green is much prettier in person.  going to use the corn and beans block, set on point with sashing. these blocks were pieced months ago.  set them together, added borders and quilting yesterday.  lynn?  ... More feathered star stuff

Finally finished

I finally finished quilting this piece a few days ago.  I had been claiming that there were 42 blocks when in fact there were only 36.  You can still see my blue pen marks that I used as the guidelines for the freehand feathers.  I was given free reign, and I'm going to tell her the design is Hugs ...
