Today is the 100th day of 2012.
I have been taking daily pictures since December 25th, so I actually hit my 100th photo a week ago, but still. 100 days.
One quarter of 2012 is behind us! There are only something like 30 more school days in this school year. And there’s only 2.5 more months until a milestone birthday. Funny, most of the time I don’t feel like I’m almost 40. But it’s there. I try to sit in a chair with a leg tucked up under me and pretty soon I think, WOW. I’m getting too old to do that.
As it turns out, it’s also almost exactly 100 days until the start of our Grand Canyon Adventure. I wish that starting and continuing the habit of exercising was as easy as taking daily pictures. I know it will be worth the effort, but playing with my camera is a lot more fun. And a lot less sweaty.

Ahhh. You’re just a baby! The exercising thing is hard to do without some partners in crime. It gets easier once you are in the groove but, man, getting there can be a chore. Envious of your upcoming trip to the bottom of the Grand Canyon. Hope to do that one day. For now, I’m getting ready to run my second marathon. (Just to prove to myself that the first one wasn’t a fluke. lol)
