Slow Saturday

We started out day talking about insurance with an agent.

After that, my brain was done for the day, so I came home, crawled in bed and watched episodes of Fringe episodes while I knitted.

The arrival of a new niece is imminent, and somehow I got roped in to making this project.

OK, fine, I volunteered…but wowzer, the needles are just whomping huge — those are size NINETEEN. When I knit socks I’m using anything from a 0 to a 2.5.

I’d better get back to the knitting. And to watching my New Orleans Saints WIN! 🙂

Your new niece is going to adore it. Or rather everyone who sees her photographed in it will! Thanks sis!
