ICE

Oh my.  It was freezing rain for awhile, now it’s ice pellets.

If I were, say, a doctor, or some other sort of crucial-to-people’s-lives sort of a business, I’d be out there going to work.  But, it’s just fabric and yarn, and I’m not risking my life to mail packages today.

What I ought to do, since I’m staying home, is clean and sort and rearrange.  Maybe later.

Right now, I think I’m going to go sew!

Is this crazy or what!?!?! We have about 1/2″ on everything right now. It is warming up and starting to melt. But my yard is FULL of broken branches. I think some of these broke in the storm last year and the big ice storm two years ago,..and they have just been hanging until now. Between the ice and the wind, I think they finally let go. Wonderful….

I agree, winter is a good time to stay in and work on projects.
