I was hoping to finish this quilt yesterday, but I found myself staring off into the distance…
I have 2 hours to work on it before I have to find something to eat and scurry back to school (I’ve been at school once already today). It’s time for a matinee for the 4th through 8th graders.
What I really need to do is find my new glasses. They are crooked and need to be adjusted, and the eye doctor is only open on Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. I took the new ones off (because they were driving me batty…) and stuck on my old ones. Only, I can’t remember where I set the new ones. Somewhere really safe apparently.

No denying you as my sister. I say: “I’ve outwitted myself again,” when I mean “somewhere really safe apparently.”

Well at least we all are in the same club. Amazing how we all developed the same affliction. I don’t have such lovely sayings but Matt and I have a lifetime dumbass fee which is money spent for being dumbasses. A lot of it spent from having misplaced things.

I’m sure you all got this affliction from your father. 🙂

It’s good to see you here again! I’ve missed your blogging. Did you check the top of your head for your missing glasses? heehee

This quilt is just beautiful.
I think one of the reasons I appreciate your work is that it’s so different than anything I’d think, or perhaps be able to, make.
