Jon Schmidt is a wonderful pianist. I personally liked the first version of the song on youtube. I think Coldplay had them change the second half of the song Viva la Vida. I recommend you go find the version that starts with them and a dog walking into the room. Both are really over the top.
Did you also note that it looks like Jon has the recording studio in his house. Look at the back ground and you will see the dining room table, pictures on the walls and other home articles around.
