What grade are you in this year?
Oh no! She’s singing that song!! Quick, cover your ears!
Is she done yet?
OK, pretend you like your brother and put your arm around him.
Have a good day, pals! I know you are going to ROCK Fourth Grade!
Love you,
Mom

I have a granddaughter starting 4th this year also. And one in 3rd. I have had a ball buying school stuff for them again this year.
Hope the boys have a ball.

Are you still smiling? The peace! The quiet! The freedom!…..for a few hours anyway.
Mary Ann (Mom) says
Awwwwww. I swear, those boys look more alike all the time.
My 4th grade teacher’s first name was Mina. I don’t know if I’ve heard that name since. It was her first year of teaching and she was one of my favorite teachers. Her sister lived in the first nursing home my mother did, I got to see her frequently, we had fun reminiscing. I was one of her favorite pupils, of course. We all got to go to her wedding and she got married in a Catholic church. What a foreign experience that was to a born and bred Protestant. We thought those Catholics had some very strange ideas.

I’m loving those Florida-bought Kennedy Space Center t-shirts. Hannah is still wearing her “I Need My Space” onesie, but I can’t picture Colin’s shirt… Fun trip. Probably not as much fun as you’re having now that they’re back at school, though.
Carl (Dad) says
A really great looking pair of boys. They were a real treat this summer. We went boating, fishing, swimming, dingy riding and more. We had a great time visiting and hope they get to come back soon.

Your boys are so cute! My kiddos are going into 6th and 8th grades this year. And we have to do the “pretend you like your sibling” pose every year!!
School starts next Wednesday for us. I can’t wait!!!!
Tanya Brown says
And off they go, for yet another year of people who don’t know them asking things like “Gee, are ya’ll twins?” and hopefully getting to learn and have some fun as well.

Awwwwww, what handsome young men! And Mom, I know you are loving the free time, but I bet you’re missing them too….just a tad.
Christine Olson says
Dang, those boys are handsome!!!
My two gremlins (do teenagers graduate to monster status?) don’t start school another 10 ten days. Counting, counting…. 😉
Enjoy your “free” time! (LOL, right. Free time with all you do? Probably not. 🙂 )

Your boys are cute as can be. They remind me of my nephew at that age. I had to share the pink pearl story yesterday what a hoot! Enjoy them now. By the way…what were you singing?
