Thank you to everyone that left a comment yesterday. I’m still quite stunned by yesterday’s events.
I’m getting ready to head to the Machine Quilter’s Showcase in Overland Park, Kansas tomorrow. I’m taking my laptop, but I don’t know if I’ll actually blog or not. Even if I do, there probably won’t be pictures involved.
I’ll be home on Sunday, but leave again on Wednesday — I’ll be heading to St. Paul for the Minnesota Quilt Show. It’s going to be a very, very busy 2 weeks.
All I really want to do is climb in bed and cuddle with Katie, but I guess I’d better get packing and get ready to head out tomorrow.

I just wanted to say that I am so sorry for your loss. My family lost a beloved pet in the very same way and it was, to say the very least, devastating.
I hope that your trips give you some minute distraction… but I am sure that you would just rather stay home right now.

Sorry to hear about your loss, I’m sure Toby had a great life with a family that really loved him. Losing a pet is hard, but you will always have the fond memories. Take care.
