Every time we go to PetSmart, I look at the cat towers, and I think I finally guilted Mark and the boys into getting to work on building one. (The ones at the store are lots of $$$). They had all sketched out some plans, had cut these boards to length, and were getting ready for the next step.
June 12
In addition to a new bat, the boys talked me in to new batting gloves. Further proof that they are going to be BIG when they get older: their hands are now as big as mine. Well, my fingers are fatter, but theirs are the same length as mine...

More progress on the tower for Miles. I think the boys were holding it in place while Mark tightened screws.

More backyard baseball. This happens a lot at our house in the summer.

We had a farewell party for our principal and his family. No one ever counted, but I think we had around 60 people here at one point. Not shown here are the 15 or so kids. The older ones were off playing kickball, the littler ones were doing whatever little kids do…we had a good time, it started to rain, but people either left or moved inside the garage and carried on having a fun...
